In this project, Arta Composite specialists have designed and built a fiberglass ship cabin mold, which will be provided to you in the following stages of the work, which is completely done by the group's experts:
Step 1) Designing the map and dimensions of the work as two-dimensional images
At this stage, after receiving the initial ideas and dimensions from the customer, our designers design them in two dimensions and prepare them for the 3D design stage.
Step 2) 3D design of the ship cabin (boat)
If we confirm the dimensions and the overall shape of the work in 2D images, we enter the 3D design stage. At this stage, the customer clearly observes all dimensions of the project and changes are made if needed.
Step 3) Making the initial model of the hull and cabin of the ship
At this stage, the initial model is made with wooden, metal, etc. materials, exactly the same as the original model considered by the customer. In this section, after making the sample, the working surfaces are carefully smoothed and polished, and then painting is done.
Step 4) Molding
After making the prototype, we enter the molding stage. In this step, the work mold is made of fiberglass by layering on the work surface.
Step 5) Production of ship cabins (boats) in the number requested by the customer
After producing the mold, it is time to produce fiberglass boat cabins. At this stage, any number of bodies requested by the customer is produced and delivered.
If the customer only orders the work mold, after preparing the fiberglass body mold, the order will be delivered to the customer.
